Price

Prices are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes and are applicable on the day of the order.

Payment

Orders are paid for exclusively by credit card at the time of order confirmation on the website.

Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of exceptional unavailability, the customer will be contacted to find a suitable solution.

In-store pickup

Orders are exclusively available for collection at the Patapouf salon. No shipping or delivery service is offered.

Orders are prepared within 48 business hours. They can be collected directly from the salon during opening hours, starting from this timeframe.

Proof of order may be requested upon collection.

Orders are held for 15 days. After this period, they may be cancelled.

Returns and exchanges

For hygiene reasons, opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
