Punctuality

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment, or at the scheduled time.

A delay of 15 minutes or more may result in the service being refused or adapted in order to respect the appointments of other clients.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible.


Cancellation of an appointment

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute cancellations or repeated absences may result in a mandatory deposit being required for any new booking.

Coat care

Regular brushing is essential for your pet's comfort and well-being.

A very matted coat may require:

  • an extra detangling step;
  • or a comfort trim if detangling is painful or impossible.

Our priority is always the well-being of your pet.


Drop-off and pick-up

The salon is not a daycare.

We would appreciate it if you could collect your pet as soon as you are notified that grooming is complete.

Beyond a delay of 30 minutes, a storage fee of €5 per 30-minute increment may be applied.


Animal welfare

Your pet's well-being remains our priority.

If your pet exhibits a high level of stress, dangerous behavior, or if grooming becomes uncomfortable for them, we reserve the right to adapt, shorten, or interrupt the service.


Prices

The prices shown are indicative.

The price is determined according to several criteria:

  • the size of the dog;
  • the condition of the coat;
  • the animal's behavior;
  • the time required for grooming.

Since each animal is unique, the price can be adjusted accordingly.
